We will refer to ThetaHealingInstructors.com as THInstructors on this webpage
I CAN NOT LOGIN
So there are a few things you need to know :
1.) Your profile on ThetaHealing.com is different to your profile on THInstructors
2.) You need to create a NEW profile on THInstructors – if you do not have one yet
3.) If you use your username and password from ThetaHealing.com, to sign into THInstructors, without creating your new profile – it will not work.
I DO NOT KNOW MY PASSWORD
The creation of your profile on THInstructors can be confusing.
If you have already created your profile on THInstructors and you do not remember it (or something went wrong when you created the profile), then the best way to get your password reset will be :
1.) Go to THInstructors, and click on the LOGIN link at the top of the page
2.) Find the section where you request a RESET code for your profile
3.) Enter your email address and submit
4.) Check your email for the RESET code. And then enter this reset code on THInstructors
And now you should be able to create your new password for your existing profile on THInstructors.
** Remember this will only work if you have already created your profile on THInstructors **
I REQUEST THE RESET PASSWORD CODE, BUT THE EMAIL NEVER ARRIVES
We are aware of issues with some Email servers, such as GMAIL and also MAIL.RU.
The team who manage THInstructors are working on this issue.
If you need to get into your THInstructors profile and you do not receive the reset password email – then contact THInK directly, and ask them to manually send a reset email to you.
(There is nothing at this stage that we as the event co-ordinators can do to send you the reset password email. We have asked THInK for additional options and we are waiting for them to apply this for us.)
HELP ME PLEASE
As the event co-ordinators, we are unable to help you with problems with your profile on THInstructors, as this is managed by THInK directly.
If you run into problems with your profile on THInstructors, send an email to Matthias who is based in Switzerland, so that he can help you.
I HAVE PAID, BUT IT SHOWS UNPAID ON THInstructors
THInstructors is a new system.
Any payments that you make for the Host Fee or the THInK Seminar Fee need to be manually updated onto the THInstructors system. This sometimes takes some time.
If you are worried then you can contact the following for help :

Sometimes this can take more than 5 working days depending on how busy each team is.
SHOPPING CART ? WHY CAN I NOT PAY IMMEDIATELY
Normally a shopping cart allows you to select something and pay online (it normally provides a way for you to pay using credit or debit card details etc.)
When you have registered on THInstructors we will send you more information on how to make payments, including your seminar ID which is needed when making your payment to THInK.
For THInstructors, you can not pay immediately as we need to manually process your details and then send you the information you need.
** This applies to both the Host Fee and the THInK Seminar Fee **
WHY MUST I REGISTER ON THInstructors
THInK have created a new system this year so that they can manage electronic contracts, and also manage students who attend the seminars.
When you register on THInstructors, THInK can then automatically send you the electronic contract before the seminar starts.
It is a new system and we know there will be what we call “teething problems” – so they will fix issues as the system is developed further
